Verbal abuse? Check.
Psychological (emotional) abuse? Check.
Physical abuse? Check.

In short, Palotai Mihály and his collaborators have arrived at the National Theatre of Târgu Mureș, and the rehearsal process has begun. Our characters explore a wide spectrum of human nature, abuse and the dynamics of micro-communities.

Will there be a premiere? Will it be a success? Will some people leave the profession? Or will a community finally manage to come together and stand up for itself, for one another?
Or does the end still justify the means?

Through Chekhov’s The Seagull, we search for answers to these questions, as our characters embark on an extraordinary – yet very familiar – rollercoaster ride.

The current version of the text emerged from the company’s improvisations and Laky Diána’s textual creation work.
